Berkaram di kelabu malam
Tak sempat, untuk sesaat terpekur di tempat
Bak mayat hidup tersayat-sayat
Tak taat, layak besi yang berkarat

Turut duka, sendirilah luka
Bersandarkan rasa peka, semuanya tak bisalah diterka
Tak dihitung seperti angka

Di ubun-ubun terpuncak bersusunan angkara
Manusia mungil tinggallah sebatang kara
Ingin berontak, jikalau ia lemah tiada tara

Tolonglah..
Lepaskanlah

Aku..

Semburat senja menanti di ufuk barat
Di iringi belaian angin yang tersendat sendat
Geming nian suka di tempat
Tatkala  percakapan batin penuhnya tak berkarat

Kenapa pilu?
Wahai tuan, ku lemah.
Kau merendah, hentikanlah!
Hentikan? Ku buta, barang apa harus ku hentikan.
